Calculator inputs

Every payment, interest and amortization figure is computed in your browser. The prices, rates and terms you type into a calculator are not sent to our server and are not stored by us. There is no account and no sign-up.

Advertising and cookies

This site uses Google AdSense to show advertising on its calculator pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Where ads appear: the ad script loads only on calculator and guide pages, never on the Tiny Home Decision Kit sales, checkout or download pages. It does not load for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or when your country cannot be determined; to decide this, your browser asks Cloudflare, our host, for the country of your connection, and nothing about that request is stored by us. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we ask Google for non-personalized ads only.

Optional analytics

The site may ask whether you allow Google Analytics. It loads only after you choose "Allow analytics". Google may then set analytics cookies and receive page paths and aggregate actions, such as a calculator result or a click on the kit offer. We never send the figures you enter. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control suppress the tag. Use "Analytics settings" in the footer to change your choice at any time.

Data kept in your browser

A few small settings are kept in your browser's local storage, not on our server: your analytics choice, a local count of calculator uses for the support note, and whether you dismissed the support note or the chat invite card. You can clear them with your browser's site-data controls.

Hosting

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes requests. Like any web host, it may process technical connection data such as IP addresses under its own privacy policy.

Tiny Home Decision Kit

The $99 Tiny Home Decision Kit is sold through Stripe. Its payment, delivery and sales-page counting are described in the kit privacy details.

Links to other sites

Pages link to sources such as the Federal Reserve, and to tip pages on PayPal and Buy Me a Coffee. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Children

The site is meant for adults planning a purchase. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
