Your planning figures

The downloaded workspace has no analytics or network connection. The browser workspace downloads its application files and verifies your purchase when opened; it has no analytics and does not send your figures or notes to the server. Figures and notes stay in the browser memory until you save on the device or export a file. Saving uses browser local storage. Hosted and downloaded workspaces store plans separately. Plans do not sync between devices; use a backup file to move your work. Exported backups and reports are ordinary files that you control. Browser storage is not encrypted by this app. Do not enter identity documents, bank credentials or account numbers. Remove saved data through your browser’s site-data controls and delete exported files when no longer needed.

Payments and delivery

Stripe processes payment and associated billing information. We use the checkout session, product and payment status to verify entitlement to your download and browser workspace. We do not receive or store complete card numbers. A private access cookie and recovery link help you retrieve your purchased ZIP and open the browser workspace. Treat the recovery link as confidential.

Anonymous sales-page counts

The sales page counts page opens, first preview interactions and checkout-button submissions. When you arrive through one of this site’s kit links, it also counts that placement and checkout-button submissions during the visit. Only a fixed placement label is recorded, such as the menu or tiny-house calculator. The full referring URL and other query parameters are not recorded. Each event is recorded with a random event key and date and is deleted after 90 days. These are action counts, not a personal browsing profile. No planner values, email addresses, IP addresses or user-agent strings are stored by our event handler. No tracking cookie or persistent visitor identifier is created. The script honors Do Not Track. Payment and hosting providers may separately process technical connection data as described below.

Website operation

The sales page and its cost preview do not transmit the figures you enter. Cloudflare provides hosting and request processing; it may process technical connection information such as IP addresses under its service terms. Stripe and Cloudflare have their own privacy notices: Stripe and Cloudflare.

Support and records

If you contact support, your email and order reference are used to answer the request and find the transaction. Payment and refund records may be retained where required for accounting and dispute handling. The product does not subscribe you to a marketing list or sell your planning data.

Email support@zovo.one for questions or requests about the personal information held for your purchase. Do not include sensitive planning documents unless specifically necessary and separately agreed.
