Your purchase

The displayed price is USD 99 for a one-time download of the current kit version. Any applicable tax is shown by checkout before payment. No subscription is created. Your purchase includes the offline HTML workspace, buyer guide and editable templates listed on the product page. It does not include personal advice, a consultation or a commitment to future updates.

Personal and household license

You may keep copies on your own devices, back them up, adapt the templates for your own transactions and share your completed decision reports with people helping you. You may not resell, publicly redistribute or sublicense the source kit as a competing product. The software works offline; keep your original ZIP and project backups.

Delivery and support

After Stripe confirms payment, a private download, browser workspace and recovery link are provided. The browser workspace requires an internet connection to open. Planning inputs stay in your browser and do not sync between devices; use exported backups to move or preserve a plan. Keep the recovery link private. Contact support with your payment receipt if access fails; never send card numbers, passwords or financial identity documents. Technical support covers delivery and reproducible product problems; no specific response-time promise is made.

14-day refunds

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@zovo.one with your receipt or order reference. No explanation or financial documents are required. Refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing times depend on the provider. After a refund, stop using and distributing the purchased kit. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Planning assumptions and limits

The kit estimates fixed-rate, equal monthly, fully amortizing loans from your inputs. Rates, costs, classifications and examples are not offers or market quotes. It cannot determine affordability, creditworthiness, financing eligibility, legal occupancy, zoning compliance, tax treatment, insurance suitability, construction quality or contract enforceability. Confirm material facts with the responsible professionals and authorities. Your lender’s actual calculations may differ due to rounding, dates, daily accrual or loan structure.

Your records

You control the accuracy of inputs and evidence. A status marked “verified” records your own assessment. The offline app does not certify any document or decision. Keep backups; browser storage can be cleared or become inaccessible when files move.
